For their 18th birthday, twins Pat and Max (Julia Montes and Enrique Gil) go on their annual out of town family trip, to the far flung oasis of Murcia. Treading the rough roads of the countryside, their happiness is cut short when their van hits an old lady on the road. Unsure of what happened, the family tries to search for the body but it is nowhere to be found.

There’s Congressman Facundo (Ricky Davao), who checks in the motel with her young lover girl Jasmine (Katrina Halili) before she flies to Macau the same night; movie actor Diego (Paolo Contis) who stops by with an innocent cast member Angela (Alessandra da Rossi) for a quickie before going to a shoot in Tagaytay; Pons (Jon Avila) who unwittingly brings two women – Vicki (Valerie Concepcion) and Vivian (Diana Zubiri) – into the same motel; Nestor (Joross Gamboa) who’s out to settle an “obligation” with his gay lover Edward (Chokoleit); and lesbian couple Elvie (Jennylyn Mercado) and George (Manilyn Reynes).

Eugene Domingo plays the role of Violy, a mortuary make-up artist who just wants to have kids and is blessed with triplets in the person of AJ Perez as the male in the triplets and Andi Eigenmann who plays a dual role. Violy becomes very successful in her field as a mortuary make up artist and eventually owns a funeral parlor of her own. However, her success with business is quite the opposite when it comes to her children. Her triplets have different personalities.
Bulong is a horror-comedy film about Conan (Vhong Navarro) whispering his wish to the dead – how he wishes Ellen to love him back. Little did he know though, that the dead he whispered his wish to was a mangkukulam (witch). And now that Ellen starts noticing him and giving him the attention he has been waiting for, the spirit of the dead starts haunting him to continue the unfinished task of the mangkukulam as a payback for his wish. Conan now seeks the help of his former best friend Oprah (Angelica Panganiban).

She went to the place and saw many people were there to be medicated. It was Odong’s turn to be healed and Manang Elsa touched him. She prescribed some herbal for his medication to take. When they were leaving the place, someone fainted inside and was immediately brought inside the house. Seth and his father went home. Seth’s housemaid Alma has a small party and Seth was tired so she went to her room and slept. But before she slept, she was surprised by the crow flying in her house.

She meets Leo (Piolo Pascual), an unrepentant playboy who doesn’t believe in following the rules. While Majoy doggedly pursues Leo, Leo gets tied up with other concerns, which include an ambitious rival at work, and a jilted lover’s vengeful brothers.
