American animated comedy film written by Kevin “Silent Bob” Smith, directed by Steve Stark and produced by Jason “Jay” Mewes. The films script was adapted from the Bluntman And Chronic comics story originally written by Smith as a companion piece to the film Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
