Mervin and the team are left perplexed when a reclusive pensioner is shot dead in his home. A prime suspect is quickly established in the form of an unassuming accountant. The evidence seems damning – a figure matching the suspect’s description was witnessed fleeing the crime scene. And when questioned, there’s clearly something shifty about this guy. The only problem? He’s got a rock-solid alibi. Meanwhile, the commissioner is determined to get the islanders back on side with a community-focused initiative. But tensions rise when Mervin goes rogue during the launch event.

Season 15, Episode 04
Mervin and the team investigate the suspicious death of an elderly parishioner, Sylvie Godwin, at a local church. The case hits close to home for Officer Sebastian Rose, as his mother is the pastor and the victim was a long-time member of the congregation.

Season 15, Episode 05
The team is challenged by a perplexing poisoning during a performance of The Tempest. Meanwhile, Mervin must decide what to do about a difficult development involving his brother.
