One-Punch Man is a super hero who has trained so hard that his hair has fallen out, and who can overcome any enemy with one punch. However, because he is so strong, he has become bored and frustrated with winning all his battles so easily.

Season 3, Episode 01 – “Strategy Meeting”
The heroes plan a rescue of a child kidnapped by monsters, while Garou awakens deep underground.

Season 3, Episode 02 – “Monster Traits”
Having accepted the Monster Association’s offer, Garou eats at a restaurant but dashes out without paying the bill. A nearby Saitama gives chase.

Season 3, Episode 03 – “Organism Limits”
Garou fights Insect God and King the Ripper, while Tareo gets kidnapped. Dr. Kuseno visits Saitama.

Season 3, Episode 04 – “Counterattack Signal”
The Hero Association decides to exclude Bang and Genos from the raid on the villains’ hideout. A recovered Garou invades the Monster Association.

Season 3, Episode 05 – “The Ultimate Mentor”
Genos and Saitama take the exam to become heroes. Saitama barely scrapes by, but Genos’s high scores attract the attention of the Hero Association.

Season 3, Episode 06 – “Motley Heroes”
Class-S heroes plan the Monster Association assault, but Amai Mask arrives and clashes with them.

Season 3, Episode 07 – “Counterstrike”
Heroes arrive in Z City but face a monster ambush. A-class aids while Gyoro-Gyoro watches the fight.

Season 3, Episode 08 – “Ninja Tale”
Tempest Wind and Hellfire Flame, who were ninjas but are now monsters, battle with Flashy Flash.
