I’ve just redownloaded and the only difference is the episode 3 has a an extra 40 seconds intro.
So if you go to 40 seconds into episode 3 from then on episode 4 is excactly the same. Very strange!

Problem solved! Just checked with ITV and Wikipedia and there are only 3 episodes in series 2. There never was an episode 4.
