Reading is good for you – no-one would deny that. It helps you learn, it helps you imagine and can help with your memory too. It doesn’t matter how you do it either, whether it’s via books, online or via e-readers.
Lots has been written about paper books having the advantage in helping your memory – but e-readers have a huge part to play too. How?
For a good many years I worked as a librarian and lately I’ve become a freelance writer, this is a subject that’s close to my heart, and it’d be great to share some of my knowledge on the topic with you.
