Season 03, Episode 02 – “Mad City: Burn the Witch”
Gordon teams with reporter Valerie Vale to find Fish Mooney, who’s taken it upon herself to find Hugo Strange; Penguin’s popularity soars due to his criticism of the GCPD; Bruce’s investigation of the Court of Owls is endangered; and Ivy Pepper returns to Gotham.

Season 03, Episode 03 – “Mad City: Look Into My Eyes”
Hypnotist Jervis Tetch, aka the Mad Hatter, arrives in town and hires Gordon to help find his sister, Alice; Penguin decides to run for mayor; and Bruce’s look-alike begins to channel him, causing confusion around Gotham.

Season 03, Episode 04 – “Mad City: New Day Rising”
Penguin narrows in on the mayoral nomination; Gordon turns Alice over to the GCPD for the bounty; and Bruce and Alfred search for Bruce’s doppleganger after discovering that he’s assumed Bruce’s identity.

Season 03, Episode 05 – “Mad City: Anything for You”
With crime in Gotham at an all-time high, Penguin strives to uphold his promises to the city; Butch travels down a dark path with the Red Hood Gang; and Bruce investigates Ivy’s whereabouts.

Season 03, Episode 06 – “Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit”
Gordon must make some tough decisions after Mad Hatter sets his eyes on his next victims; Penguin and Nygma’s relationship evolves; and a familiar face re-enters Nygma’s life.

Season 03, Episode 07 – “Mad City: Red Queen”
The Mad Hatter sends Gordon on a psychedelic trip of his past, present and future; and Penguin struggles with Nygma’s new relationship.

Season 03, Episode 08 – “Mad City: Blood Rush”
Barnes begins to go mad; Nygma is out of his depth with Isabella; and Carmine Falcone hosts an engagement party for Lee and Mario.

Season 03, Episode 09 – “Mad City: The Executioner”
Suspicious of Barnes, Gordon and Bullock examine the evidence of the murder at Lee and Mario’s engagement party; Nygma turns to Penguin when he hasn’t heard from Isabella; and Ivy reveals her identity to Selina and Bruce.

Season 03, Episode 10 – “Mad City: Time Bomb”
A threat to Mario and Lee is revealed on the eve of their rehearsal dinner, which causes Falcone to turn to Jim for help. In other events, Nygma seeks revenge; and Bruce discovers more about the Court of Owls.

Season 03, Episode 11 – “Mad City: Beware the Green-Eyed Monster”
The virus spreads through Gotham; and the laboratory that’s working on a cure is compromised. In other events, Mario and Gordon square off before the wedding; Selina meets an unexpected face; and Barbara has information about Isabella for Nygma.

Season 03, Episode 12 – “Mad City: Ghosts”
Falcone wants Gordon dead after learning that he shot Mario; ?Gordon and Bullock trail a Jerome fanatic who’s plotting to bring his idol back to life; Penguin sits for a major TV interview; and Selina’s mother returns to Gotham.

Season 03, Episode 13 – “Mad City: Smile Like You Mean It ”
While on the run from Gordon and Bullock, Dwight tries to ?revive Jerome and also activates his acolytes around Gotham City. In other events, Selina’s mother’s intentions are revealed; and the power play between Penguin and Nygma escalates.

Season 03, Episode 14 – “Mad City: The Gentle Art of Making Enemies ”
Bruce and Alfred’s safety is compromised by Jerome, who’s on the loose; Gordon’s uncle Frank visits him; and ?Nygma and Penguin confront their issues face-to-face.

Season 03, Episode 15 – “Heroes Rise: How the Riddler Got His Name ”
Nygma convinces himself that he doesn’t need Penguin to succeed and begins to introduce himself to Gotham as “the Riddler.” Bullock and Lucius Fox get caught up in Nygma’s mind games while Gordon learns troubling news about his father’s death. Meanwhile, the Court of the Owls reveals its next move.

Season 03, Episode 16 – “Heroes Rise: These Delicate and Dark Obsessions”
The Court of Owls devises a new plan regarding the future of Gotham; Gordon uncovers information about his father’s and uncle’s past, connecting him back to the organization; and Bruce wakes up in the temple and learns of the Shaman’s wish for him.

Season 03, Episode 17 – “Heroes Rise: The Primal Riddle”
Some of Gotham’s most unhinged villains band together while the Riddler continues his conquest of the city; Gordon’s search for answers leads him to the Court of Owls; and, as Alfred begins to notice a change in Bruce, Bruce 2 confides in Selina.

Season 03, Episode 18 – “Heroes Rise: Light the Wick”
Gordon discovers the weapon the Court of Owls will use to destroy Gotham, which leads him on a dangerous path as he tracks it down. Meanwhile, Kathryn and Temple Shaman reveal their next move to Bruce; and Ivy comes to Selina’s aid.

Season 03, Episode 19 – “Heroes Rise: All Will Be Judged”
Temple Shaman reveals his hand to Bruce Wayne and sets up the next phase of training; Gordon and Bullock are put into danger as they come across a crystal owl that reveals the most coveted secrets of Gotham’s underworld; and Nygma and Penguin are forced to work together in order to get out of a tricky situation.

Season 03, Episode 20 – “Heroes Rise: Pretty Hate Machine”
Gordon races against the clock to save the city from the Alice Tetch virus, but Lee Thompkins intercepts with a plan of her own; Alfred sees a big change in Bruce Wayne after his work with the Shaman; and some of Gotham’s worst villains band together.

Season 03, Episode 21 – 22 – “Heroes Rise: Destiny Calling.Heroes Rise: Heavydirtysoul”
In the Season 3 finale, the search for the antidote continues as the deadly virus spreads throughout the city; and Fish Mooney, the Riddler and Penguin reveal plans of their own.In other events, Bruce meets Ra’s Al Ghul and completes his last task in order to fulfill his destiny, but realizes he can’t let go of his past; Gordon tries to win back Lee; and past alliances within Gotham City are broken and new alliances are formed.
